Hi, this is me ( well a little photo shopped but still kind of me!)
​My name is Jacqui Everett.
​I have a passion for everything Property Investment related.
From Inspections, renovating, to owning my own investment properties. 

I saw a need in the market for helping Self Managing Landlords as they had no service available to them. 
I believe that Self Managing Landlords can offer a great service to their tenants but need a third party to help with inspections and issues when they arise.
My aim is to ensure that Self Managing Landlords are looked after.  Keeping compliant with the Residential Tenancy Act and also ensuring that they are also compliant with their insurance requirements.

I offer services to help you but only when needed.

I love working with landlords and tenants. 
I believe that it is a relationship that needs constant care and attention.  Happy Landlord = Happy Tenant, Happy Tenant = Happy Landlord  My aim is to ensure this happens in every tenancy.

In my downtime I love hanging out with my family, especially my gorgeous grand baby's.  
I also enjoy good food and the odd wine or two!
