​We do everything from inspections, lettings, meth testing and all tenancy help.

We contact the tenant directly to organise the inspections, but we do suggest you let them know that we will be contacting them at the beginning.  (Just let them know that inspections are a requirement of your insurance obligations.)
You receive a full report with any damage or problems noted and photos of floors, walls and ceilings.
We also test smoke alarms to ensure you are compliant with the tenancy act.

Anything you are concerned about, just note on the authority form and we will check it out.

Insurance obligation
Are you aware that your inspections are an insurance requirement?   
Insurance companies may not pay out on claims if you can not prove that 3 monthly inspections have been undertaken.

When you employ Rental Inspections to undertake the regular inspections of your property you also have us at your fingertips to help with any tenancy issues that may arise.  With experience in Property Management, Debt Collection and Mediation and also owning rental investments ourselves, we can help with all the challenges that arise with the rental process.  

Casual Management
Are you leaving the country?  Legally if you leave the country for 21 days you must appoint an agent.
From $50+gst you can appoint Rental Inspections as your agent while you are away.

Please note - A key is required for every inspection. 
​If you would like to have your tenant to have assigned times this will incur an extra charge of $59+gst     

All cancellations of inspections booked and authorised by the landlord will incur a charge of $55+gst
